Repair of your QNix® measuring device with warranty
If a coating thickness gauge from our company is really defective, we will repair it if possible. This is because we deliberately build our measuring devices in such a way that in most cases there is no “total loss”. We recalibrate all devices that users send us for repair, regardless of what is damaged.
Service repairs

- We check your measuring device and provide you with a cost estimate
- After approval, we carry out the repair, including a test certificate
- Shipping
Complaints during the warranty period
- Send us your QNix® measuring device with the following details:
- Copy of the invoice or delivery bill
- Detailed error description
- Contact for any queries
- Contact details for order processing
- We check your coating thickness gauge and the warranty claim
- Completion including a new test certificate
- Shipping
We want you to be able to work with your QNix® measuring device again as quickly as possible. That is why we attach great importance to a fast repair service. The processing time is usually 3-5 working days and depends largely on how quickly we receive approval of the cost estimate.
We offer a six-month guarantee on repairs and replaced parts.
If you need a loan device to bridge the repair period, we will be happy to provide you with one for a fee. Our sales team will be happy to provide you with detailed information.
