Warranty conditions:
Automation Dr. Nix GmbH & Co KG

All products from Automation Dr. Nix GmbH & Co KG, or Automation for short, are carefully checked and tested and are subject to our own strict controls.

Automation therefore provides a warranty for hand-held devices and probes (hereinafter referred to as devices) under the following conditions:

1. the statutory warranty claims of the buyer from the purchase contract with the seller do not lose their validity through this guarantee.

2. the warranty provided by the legislator under German law is free of charge.

3. the warranty period is 2 years.

4. in the event of a defect, this must be demonstrably due to a material or manufacturing defect within the warranty period.

5 The warranty period begins with the handover to the first purchaser.

6 The following are excluded from the guarantee

– Accessories (test foils and zero plates) and demonstration devices.

– Parts that are subject to use-related or other natural wear and tear, as well as all other defects that are attributable to use-related or other natural wear and tear;

– Defects in devices that are due to non-compliance with the operating instructions in the operating manuals (housing damage, lost battery compartment covers, damaged and contaminated probes and sockets, damage caused by leaking battery acid, worn rubies), improper use, extreme environmental conditions, improper operating conditions, overloading or lack of maintenance or care;

– Defects in appliances caused by the use of accessories, supplementary parts or spare parts that are not original Automation parts;

– Modifications or additions to devices.

– appliances that have been completely or partially dismantled; and

– minor deviations on the appliance that are not relevant to the value and usability of the appliance.

7. the warranty claim must be asserted within the warranty period. For this purpose, the affected appliance must be presented or sent in with a copy of the invoice and a description of the defect.

9. if you send the device to Automation yourself, you must bear the transportation costs and the transportation risk.

10. the rectification of the defect recognized by us as subject to warranty shall be carried out in such a way that we repair the defective device free of charge or replace it with a successor or alternative model at our discretion. Replaced devices become our property.

11. our guarantee does not give rise to any claims other than the right to rectification of defects in the appliance as specified in these guarantee conditions. In particular, you are not entitled to receive a replacement device for the duration of the repair.

11 Warranty services do not suspend the warranty period for the device.

13. any assignment of claims arising from this guarantee is excluded.

14 Used devices are excluded from the warranty.
