A. Shipping information
As standard, we only ship within the European Union and Switzerland. We use reliable shipping partners such as UPS or TNT. You can find the shipping costs in the table below.
If you require shipping to another country, please contact us in advance. Let us know the desired item, the required quantity and the delivery address including country and zip code. We will check the shipping options and costs with our logistics partner and then inform you about availability and the charges incurred.
I. Shipping within Germany:
The shipping costs amount to 12 EUR plus VAT.
II. shipping within the EU:
For deliveries to EU countries, the shipping fee is EUR 32.00 plus VAT.
III. Shipping to countries outside the EU:
The shipping costs are calculated individually. An automatic calculation in the store is not available for this.
B. Delivery times
For goods in stock, the delivery time within Germany is usually 6-7 working days, unless otherwise stated in the store.

II. For deliveries to countries outside the EU:
We do not offer SEPA invoice payment for international orders outside the EU. Alternatively, standard bank transfers (fees are borne by the customer) and common online payment methods are possible.
Please note that SEPA transfers from non-EU countries may incur charges of between EUR 10.00 and EUR 40.00 (e.g. for Switzerland).
